Do you mean you can not fit in?
You use a very great word "acclimatized". We don't usually use it.
You can just say "fit in" or "adapt"

You want to live, you must live it down!
And the other people can help you.
Care for another people there will be a miracle and I will survive!

I am not sure.
Because it never be happened in my life.
And sursive in a strange island is not easy.
It must to be very hardly.
But if it happened, I think I will do my best to live.

You mentioned a good point: caring for people.
If you care for people and help them, they will turn to help you and take care of you too. With this, it's not impossible to survivie.

No,I can't.
It is very horror in the strange place.
So, I don't have the courage to face the future.
And does everything is not easy.
because have not clear water, electricity in life.
